The outdoor setting is lovely, but the breakfast needs improvement, the bedding is awful, the AC adjustment is bad, and the window won't open.

The spa location is great, yet the bathtub in the room is unnecessary because it's small, the jets are weak, and the spa itself is available; breakfast is terrible—if it can be called breakfast at all, it arrives as a lunch box with low‑quality items like vacuum‑sealed hard eggs and bland portioned cheese.

The natural scenery and everything on site are beautiful, but for the price I paid online I expected a room with all the water features, a lunch bag, and a suite 16 with a lunch bag and equipment; when I arrived the host told me I had to pay extra, and I had to pay more to enjoy those amenities.
