Friendly staff, but at night they not only switched off the lights but cut the entire power, so our bike batteries were dead the next morning and no notice was given about this outage; the fridge was also below what I’d expect for the price.

The bed was comfortable, the food tasty, and the room spacious, yet it was a bit noisy because a main road was within sight; there was no kettle and no tea/coffee supplies in the room.

We’ve stayed here before, and a short drive through rolling countryside from the motorway at the edge of Bar Sur Seine is worth the walk; the bistro food was excellent and the buffet breakfast offered fresh bread, pastries and more; the refurbished rooms were comfy and the rain shower was great. The only issue was that a bedside light in room 8 would be helpful.

Prima kleinschalig hotel op doorreis naar zuid Frankrijk. Aardig personeel, schone kamer en een prima ontbijt. Hond-vriendelijk en er is een parkje in de buurt. Aanrader
