The room was good and clean, and room service was great, but it was advertised on Booking as a room with breakfast and the hotel website also says free breakfast; in reality the hotel no longer provides breakfast at all.

The hotel was in a very quiet and safe area that made it easy to reach the main attractions, and it was close to the metro and buses. The reception staff were correct in their treatment but lacked warmth.
