I was impressed by how courteous the staff were, but the bed made me feel uneasy and overall it was a very bad experience.

The location was great, yet the staff’s attitude was off; they seemed unhappy that the rates we saw on booking were discounted, told us to wait until check‑in even though rooms were available, and handed us the worst room in the hotel. The bed sheets weren’t clean, the comfort was lacking, and the toilet was filthy.
