Everything was awful: the staff was rude, the room and sheets had an unpleasant odor, the bathroom was unclean. I checked in and out five minutes after I noticed the smell and saw the room. The area is unsafe—RUN, don’t book this nasty place.

The location was great, but there was no working Coke machine.

It’s close to Frost Bank Center, but the room smelled like a wet rag. Breakfast was a mess—only milk, yogurt, and toast were available, and the coffee machine was broken in front of the room.

The location gives a clear edge for guests heading to events at the Frost Bank Center. The room itself was fine, but when we checked in there was a strong damp smell that disappeared after lowering the AC temperature. I’d suggest fumigating rooms more often or more carefully, as we saw a cockroach the day before we left.

The facilities were good. The breakfast lacked variety.
