The spot was convenient and the breakfast was solid, rooms stayed clean, yet the pool was shut down, a urine odor lingered in the second‑floor hallway, and the mattress felt lumpy.

The area felt unsafe, the toilet wouldn’t flush, toilet paper was stuck in the bowl, a huge stain marred the bed and underside of the mattress, and everything else looked worn and in disrepair.
