The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The hostel felt at home yet clean, and I could relax comfortably. The shop downstairs offers cheaper prices than in Cusco’s center. The downside is that it’s far from town and you have to climb many stairs to get to the hostel, but the hospitality and price are great, so it’s not a problem!

Linda House is great value for those visiting Cusco. Comfort, cleanliness, internet, hot shower, and kitchen work perfectly. The accommodation has a panoramic view of the city. Edson and his family are excellent people. Additionally, you can book tours with Edson, which makes finding reliable agencies much easier. We liked everything! The only point that might be a hurdle for some is the location, a bit far from the center. Still, Uber to the center is extremely cheap (about 8–9 soles), and you can also use public transport, a great experience for those who like to immerse themselves in local daily life.

My first impression when we arrived was, “Where did I book? I’m far away.” Then Edson started telling us everything: nearby sites, tour info, and more. I can’t explain the trust this family gives; I felt at home. Edson was very honest explaining tours, schedules, and extra info, speaking the truth about everything. On the first day I thought I was far from everything, but it turned out to be a very strategic spot, with tours passing by, letting us sleep a bit longer than the others while they were picked up at the square. When we returned, although they said they would drop us at the army park, several tours left us at the hostel’s door because that’s where they returned. I felt very comfortable and safe. The room was very comfortable, hot water, and Wi‑Fi was very stable. I would definitely choose this place again for the hosts’ friendliness. Know that I arrived in Cusco without any tour booked and Don Edson helped with each one, making the experience of 7 Colors, Humantay, Sacred Valley, and Cusco center phenomenal. THANK YOU ALL. The only downside was the climb up the 5 floors to reach the hostel; the height there already hurts and climbing 5 floors was difficult, but you get used to it. I hope they can install an elevator soon.

Very homey :) close to the bus station so getting into city centre is very easy. Comfortable, and there’s a store conveniently on the ground floor
