I was surprised to learn that, contrary to what the listing suggested, the breakfast wasn’t complimentary and required an extra charge.

I arrived late because my flight was delayed and could only check in after 3 pm following an overnight transfer, but the staff did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable and were very responsive. A small language barrier existed, yet translation apps handled it without any problem. I really appreciated the spacious room and its cleanliness. I would definitely book here again for my next trip to Jeju! I didn’t find anything I disliked; the hotel feels like a 5‑star place except for the lack of a restaurant, which is easily fixed by the variety of nearby options—western, Korean, Chinese, and Japanese.
