I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The crystals in the room were probably the highlight, but unfortunately, there were several issues that detracted from my stay. The kitchen was dirty, the room had a leak, and the parking area was small. Additionally, I was surprised that there was no backup power in case of an outage.

My stay had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the bedding was great and Maria, the staff member, was friendly and welcoming. However, we had a frustrating start to our stay, waiting a long time outside to get in, and were then let down by the lack of amenities, including no ice in the fridge, limited coffee, and no tea. To top it off, the bacon provided was inedible, being rock hard and impossible to cut.

I appreciated the beautiful gardens, which were a lovely feature of the hotel. Nevertheless, I found the room to be a bit too rustic for my taste, and I struggled with the heating, which didn't seem to be working well.
