The entire staff was great; I could turn to anyone and always received a friendly answer. What I also need to mention is that I travel a lot, especially in the fall, and I have to highlight that the heating was constantly warm in the room, which is crucial in October. I can only recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.

The location and quiet, the cozy gathering with our children, the polite and accommodating staff. Since we had our room on the ground floor, the walk to the vending machine was short. The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool because my husband was ill. We will come back. The only downside was that there was no refrigerator in the room.

The location was wonderfully quiet and central, the rooms were lovingly furnished, staff were friendly, the spa area offered mountain views, and the large garden had plenty of secluded spots for guests. Everything was perfect!

The breakfast was very good, the setting quiet, the gym well equipped, and the wellness area attractive. The check‑in was conducted in English. The storage for mountain bikes was simple and not theft‑proof. The shower partition next to the bathtub was incorrectly installed and did not meet the hotel’s standards, making a reasonable shower for an adult impossible.
