“Enttäuschung pur zu einem hohen Preis”
The hotel’s location is good, the rooms are spotless, and the front‑desk staff are friendly and helpful. The parking garage is right across the street and the daily rate of 12 € is reasonable. Unfortunately we didn’t like the room design at all – it feels dark and oppressive, almost like a bunker. The bathroom in the room (I overlooked that detail) was not pleasant, and the room’s position on the lower corridor was noisy because on weekends young people were celebrating with joints and alcohol on the staircase by the window, which made it hard to sleep. The breakfast was a let‑down for almost 15 €; I’d rather go to a nearby bakery. The kitchen staff were in a bad mood on the first morning. Paying about 450 € for two nights for four people and a dog was expensive and not worth it. It’s a shame – we’re frequent travelers and this has been the worst hotel so far.
