The location to the beach and the daily market was very good (about 4‑5 min). The private garden of the studio was very nice. The hotel claimed the studio was only 20 m away and directly opposite, but it was actually two streets over and took about 3 min to reach the hotel and pool. The kitchen was very dirty; the counter, cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, etc. could not be used because they were extremely filthy. We pointed this out on the first evening. They promised it would be cleaned by 11 am the next day. Around 2 pm someone came for the kitchen, but nothing was cleaned. We don’t know what the hotel staff did. We complained again, and only after threatening to cancel the stay did they clear and clean the entire kitchen on the third day. We asked at reception if they would compensate us for the unusable kitchen, but that did not happen. Renting the studio should not be expected to be 4‑star level. On top of that, the first few days smelled extremely like dogs. They blamed it on previous guests having a dog and the staff forgetting to ventilate. Other guests received extra towels for the pool. In the studio, guests unfortunately fall through the sieve. The description does not indicate that studio guests are treated differently.
Good location, the room was beautifully decorated with a coastal theme. Great air conditioning. Parking was close by and good value.

The hotel is quiet and close to a lovely beach, with both pools offering a peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant is excellent, and they provide bike rentals on site— we chose high‑quality electric bikes at a very reasonable price. Thanks to the upgrade, the large room was especially appreciated. A fridge in the room would be a nice addition for a 4‑star property, and the parking isn’t right at the reception; you have to walk two minutes to another street.
