Location was spot on—close to relatives and the Go station, so that part was great. But the townhouse itself was a mess. Rugs were filthy, the third‑floor bathroom hadn't been cleaned at all, and the bathtub was in terrible shape. The ad promised a private bathroom for each room, but that wasn't the case. Paying extra for a deluxe double felt like a waste.

We couldn't stay there—just a pigsty, absolutely dirty and dreadful. Had to book a hotel instead, which left us short on cash. Sent photos to customer service and still waiting on a refund.

Location was the only redeeming factor. As soon as we opened the main door, curry smell hit us. Dirty work boots in the hallway, filthy carpets, whole place needs a paint job. The kitchen was a disaster, especially the fridge—wouldn't put anything in it. Bathroom was a mess: soap scum crusted tub, toilet with dried urine. The bedroom was tiny, windows didn't close, blinds falling off. Bed was a 5‑inch foam on a futon frame, you could feel the bars.

The rooms felt like a student hostel—too many people for my taste. Sharing washrooms with a bunch of strangers was the worst part.
