The location at the back of the main street (Via Roma) is perfect, close to restaurants and cafés yet quiet and peaceful. It’s a 16‑minute walk to the train station, and the old town and grocery shops are within 5 minutes, while Lama Monachile beach is about 10 minutes away. The entire house is available, including a rooftop terrace—just be aware of the many stairs. The layout places the entrance in the ground‑floor kitchen, the first floor holds locked service rooms, the second floor contains the bedroom and bathroom, and the third floor is the rooftop terrace. The place was spotless, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the air‑conditioning in both the kitchen and bedroom worked well. The only drawbacks were the lack of a dryer or clothesline on the terrace for drying swimsuits, and the kitchen didn’t have knives.

I really liked the location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach, Lama Monachile, and all the village services were within walking distance. The house was large, clean, and comfortable. The owner was a bit absent, there were no cleaning supplies, and the place lacked a washing machine and a drying rack.
