Everything was perfect
“Суток для этого отеля маловато”
The hotel has a large, beautiful area around the lake with many buildings; swans, geese, and ducks swim there, and you can rent a catamaran. There’s a kids’ room and several restaurants, and the reception drives guests between the buildings. The surrounding mountains and green areas give fresh, tasty air. The room matched the photo, was spacious, clean, with comfortable beds, good linens, toiletries, a tea set, kettle, coffee machine, water, slippers, and bathrobes. Hot water was always available. We had a balcony overlooking the pool, where towels were provided and a small playground existed. The buffet breakfast offered many choices, and they could make eggs or omelets on request, though the crowd was large and we had to stand. We liked it 😍 but a day feels too short for this hotel 😊
Nature was amazing and breakfast was really well organized. There were different restaurant concepts, and activities like biking and fishing were a great idea. Room service was very efficient. They offer a variety of activities, and everything works very well. The hiking experience was beautiful too. The food wasn’t very good for us; the desserts definitely need improvement, and the waiters should improve their service and support. The bikes also need to be replaced. Overall, the price was quite high considering the quality offered.
