The staff were helpful and swapped our room when we raised an issue, the food was good, and there was free airport transfer. However, the hotel is under refurbishment in some areas that weren’t mentioned in the listing, the towels and bedding are very worn, and the rooms need a clean.

It’s a good hotel but far from the lakeside and there’s nothing to do outside; it was fine for a day.

The stay was comfortable; if the water heater isn’t on, just ask the staff to switch it on. The kitchen food isn’t bad, I like it, and breakfast is fine.

The reception was very helpful with everything from using a transport app to handing me an iron. The rooftop view is amazing, probably better than any other viewpoint. Each day the room is set to a high standard with fresh towels, toiletries, and water. The rooftop bar area could have been a bit neater, but the food was good.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The toilet was in a deplorable state, and it was clear that it hadn't been properly cleaned after the previous guests. On the other hand, the food was excellent, and I always had access to plenty of hot water. However, I was disappointed to find that some advertised amenities, such as the electric kettle, were missing from my room.
