The property was in a great location, walking distance from the high street and marina. It was immaculately presented, had ample parking and one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had using locally sourced produce. The hosts were so helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Can’t think of anything

The stay was absolutely superb, with excellent hosts and a spotless property that stayed quiet at night. On‑site parking was convenient given the close proximity to Lymington, and the breakfast was wonderful. Many thanks again and we’ll return!

Just a 10‑minute walk from the shops, restaurants and harbour, the property sits on the outskirts of the main area and is well kept. The room is spacious, the super king bed and firm mattress are great, and the quiet setting means no road noise. The shower has good water pressure, and breakfast is fresh, tasty and plentiful. The hosts are helpful, hardworking and friendly. A touch of background music in the breakfast area would be nice. Highly recommend this stay!
