Great location, very convenient for transport, good value, spacious and clean room, friendly staff. The savory breakfast could use eggs, wurstel or sausage, and there's no fresh fruit at all. A kettle in the room would be very useful, especially for hot drinks in the evening.

Excellent location, spacious and clean rooms. The room faced an internal courtyard, so no natural light; other windows looked into the same courtyard, and because there were only heavy blackout curtains, you couldn't even open the windows to let light and air in.

Even though it's inside a dark, gloomy building, the hotel is clean, convenient for walking around Naples, offers great sweet and savory breakfast, and I found lactose‑free milk even though I hadn't requested it. There's also a minibar in the room. As already mentioned, the negatives apply.

The host was very kind and helpful. Bus and metro access at the base of the hotel. Large room. The bathroom needs to be renovated (moisture on the joint and frame). Noise between rooms, airplane noise and outside noise. You really have to know that behind the large doors there's another hotel.
