Even though there was no personal interaction and everything was handled through online booking and payment, we didn’t encounter any problems staying at the property; we actually felt very at home. Everything was almost perfect: the bed comfort, the air‑conditioning, the bathroom, and the quietness of the place. Plus, there’s a supermarket just a short walk away that stays open late. In short, for anyone wanting to spend a holiday in Rome away from the city centre’s bustle, this is the right spot, especially when you consider the value for money.

Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean, even the bathroom ❤️👍🏼. Nothing to add.

Getting there was easy. The air‑conditioner stopped working at 7 pm. The owner told us that if everyone uses the AC it stops working and asked us to keep it at 24 °C. The outside temperature was 40.

We only had two days in Rome, but this place turned out to be the best stay in Europe so far; it was spotless, quiet, and cozy, which made our short trip really enjoyable. The hosts were very helpful and we especially liked the lovely breakfast the staff served. The vending machine outside was also convenient and very reasonably priced for Rome. I would definitely recommend staying here!
