The staff were very kind and helpful, greeting us with mint tea and Moroccan pastries upon arrival. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, mainly featuring local products. During the first two days the pool was unusable because it had no water; on the third day it was finally filled and usable. In Marrakech most payments are almost entirely cash, but we had expected to pay by POS at the hotel, only to find none were provided.

The service was absolutely exceptional! Huge thanks to every staff member. Everything was taken care of in the finest details. The room was truly unique, and the breakfasts were delicious! Book it :) There was nothing missing; it was a special place.

The quality, comfort, and décor of the suite and the entire riad were outstanding. Everyone on the staff was kind, welcoming, and provided useful information about tours and about Moroccan life and culture, making us feel truly accompanied. The close proximity to the Medina makes walking to all the sights very convenient. Nothing was lacking; everything was perfect.

The riad is simply great, very quiet and clean. We were pampered by the staff, and breakfast was always extensive and good. With a working pool it would have been the highlight! The only downside was that the pool was broken, but it was repaired during our stay.
