It had everything you need for a 5‑day stay for two people. The bed was comfortable and there was a small fridge that proved very useful, plus a hair dryer. The worst part was the quilt with large, visible stains that we avoided touching; it should be replaced because it’s unhygienic. The room sometimes smelled like sewage, and the shower water pressure was very low.

Good location, tucked into a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The room didn’t match the booking photos—it was small, had low‑quality furniture, a minibar fridge on the floor in front of the wardrobe that blocked circulation and didn’t work, and the window faced a grim lobby with no privacy. I mentioned the hair dryer wasn’t working, asked for a replacement, but received no response.

Everything was excellent. The cleaning happened daily. The location is good, 20 minutes from the sights. It was safe to walk at night. Thanks for the hospitality and we’ll return ❤️

The only bright spot was the location, but everything else was a nightmare. From day one I hit trouble and the service was abysmal. The Wi‑Fi never worked, and when I tried to reach out via WhatsApp I got blocked right away, which felt utterly unprofessional. I ended up with no internet for the whole stay. The room itself had multiple faults: the shower was broken, the toilet was busted, and the AC leaked. These are basic utilities I’d expect to function, especially after paying for the room. I kept trying to contact them through WhatsApp, calling and texting, but nothing was fixed. This is the first time I’ve experienced such poor service, and I can’t recommend this place. Guests who pay deserve working facilities, clear communication, and decent customer care.
