The staff were very nice, and they accommodated my request for a quiet room. The location was good, only a few minutes' walk from Dammtor station. The carpeted floor does help with sound insulation, but I don’t like it hygienically. It was still noisy—other guests could be heard clearly when they entered their rooms.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. We had a really large room with a big bathroom that had a bathtub. The bed linen, towels, everything was very clean and the room was cozy. I can’t rate the location very well because it was close to our event venue (we didn’t need more). You can definitely rest well in the hotel. Because it’s an old building, the rooms are not well insulated and you can hear what’s happening in the hallway. It didn’t disturb me much, but if you’re sensitive you should bring earplugs for sleeping. Otherwise everything was great; the price‑performance ratio was good.

Great location near the AudiMax university campus and the Alster. Very friendly, clean, good bed, and the room had everything I needed. For the central location, surprisingly quiet. The room was very large and had a somewhat old‑fashioned design.

Very nice. A good and large room with plenty of space for clothes. The breakfast is elegant, served with fresh eggs and coffee. The upper part of the window was open, and you can hear the street.
