The hotel's location was a major plus for me, making it easy to get around.
The cleanliness was definitely a highlight, but I didn't have a particularly memorable experience overall.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The bed was also very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

Sheets smelled funny
“Good”
Getting in was easy, but we were disappointed that room service was not available during our 4‑day stay.
Everything was great, everything was great.
The location was convenient and the room was spacious, but we had to wait 20 minutes for a clean room, the hallways hadn't been vacuumed, and the elevator was dirty.
The hotel sits in a convenient spot, just a short drive from many shops and restaurants, though the air conditioner made a bit of noise that was noticeable but not unbearable.
