The location right next to the river was a plus, yet the room was infested with bugs, the pool wasn’t heated, and even though I didn’t request a fresh clean on paper, I expected one; I shouldn’t have assumed that.

The room felt luxurious, but some of the staff were rude.

The spot was lovely, the restaurant and bar were very good, and there were no negatives.

The accommodation and staff were great, but the lack of fresh fruit and salads was limiting.
