They went above and beyond to make our entire stay special. The service was exceptional and the staff were incredible. We can’t wait to return on our next trip to Japan. Nothing was wrong; it was perfect!

Wonderful facilities – the location right behind the Museum and just blocks from the Shrine was perfect. The staff were very helpful, efficient, and attentive, especially when preparing a vegetarian breakfast and selecting vegetarian snacks. The only downside was that we had to leave.

The accommodation was incredible! The decor was exceptionally tasteful and lovingly arranged, making it the best place we stayed on our Japan trip. We unfortunately missed seeing Fuji, but the stay was a good consolation.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. As an exclusive property that hosts only one party per night, it offers an unparalleled sense of privacy and tranquility. The entire hotel felt like a dream home brought to life. Its design showcases beautiful premium wood throughout, complemented by a refined and luxurious wabi-sabi aesthetic. The aroma that fills the space adds another layer of warmth and sophistication to the experience. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional hospitality of its staff. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our stay unforgettable. This is a place that will remain in my memories for years to come, and one that I will most certainly visit again.
