I was on a solo trip and it turned out to be a fantastic experience; the staff was incredibly helpful, the breakfast was tasty and served well, and Preeti at reception was especially kind—she guided me through the stay, recommended great sightseeing spots, and even pointed out nearby hotels with live music.
“Due to poor hygiene conditions, including stains on the furniture and bedding and a cockroach infest”
I didn’t like anything about this hotel; the room wasn’t cleaned properly—stains were visible on the headboard and bedsheets, and I even spotted cockroaches (I have photos). Because of these hygiene issues, I checked out after one night even though I had booked three nights, yet I was still charged for the full stay. I hope management steps up cleanliness and handles such situations more fairly in the future.
“Best location, best service just need some improvement on room ventillation.”
The location is unbeatable and the 24‑hour staff support is excellent; everyone was friendly and well behaved, the washroom was clean, the AC worked well, and everything was within walking distance. The room feels a bit older and could use more white light (the window was large), and better ventilation would improve the washroom.
