The breakfast, which I believe was served in the restaurant, was the best I’ve experienced in a hotel in a long time. The parking, however, is hard to locate.

The location is superb—just a few steps from the central square St. Johanner Markt, with several local eateries right next door. The breakfast buffet is decent and fairly priced. In the evening you can calmly enjoy a wine at the bar. The downside is that the bedside lamps are quite large, making it hard to read without disturbing your partner.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the breakfast very good, and the staff always friendly.

We stayed for a concert at the Garage; Leidinger was literally around the corner, a three‑minute walk. Parking is available in their own garage, and nearby parking is also fine – Parkhaus Rathaus offers 24‑hour parking for €16. From Leidinger you can walk two minutes into the pedestrian zone with shops that stretch to the station, opposite a huge mall. The room was spacious with good beds, double windows that muffled street noise at night, and the breakfast was great with a wide selection and extremely friendly, helpful staff. I can’t think of anything to complain about – everything was top!
