Everything was very clean and tidy.

The room had proper mugs instead of tiny teacups. The noise was awful – cheesy pop with heavy bass from downstairs rang out from 8 am until midnight, and the walls were paper thin so you could hear everything in adjacent rooms and the corridor. The shower was tiny and the sink even tinier. Guest Wi‑Fi didn’t show up upstairs, only downstairs in the bar. The bed was ridiculously soft and uncomfortable.
