The location is spot‑on, but I had to go to a separate address to pick up my key; the woman there was very helpful once I got there, yet the security guard didn’t know what was happening and sent me away instead of directing me to reception. Also, there’s a disco light for “atmosphere” 😂

The place is very well situated, and I can’t find anything to criticize.

Very convenient for the train and bus stations and right next to the Riva front; the decor was great.

The location was great and the room was well equipped with a very good shower and plenty of towels. The room was inside a building that wasn’t part of the main complex and it was a bit noisy.
