I had a great experience at Super Townhouse Hotel Rachna Inn; the hotel manager was a helpful lady.

I booked the hotel ahead of time, called the OYO helpline before arrival to confirm, yet when I got there the staff denied me a room claiming it was already booked for someone else and told me to have contacted the hotel directly; I was with my family and it was a terrible ordeal—worst service ever.
