“Pit stop on the way”
It sits in a hamlet, about 8 kms from the next larger town. A very nice landlady runs the place, and checking in is easy. Downstairs there's a bar where guests can sit and eat their own food. However, there are no shops or petrol stations in the village, the internet connects but then stops working, so there's no internet, and the cellphone signal is weak, too.
The room had an old wooden bed that made noise whenever we moved. The shared bathroom was practically inside the room, and the light and shower bothered us all night. It smelled like mold. The worst part was the dog the owners keep in an annex next to the rooms, which barked all night. never return!
We didn’t let the negative comments here sway us, and that was the best decision we made. The lady was incredibly friendly. The accommodation was very simple but had everything we needed for a restful night: a warm shower and a comfortable room with heating.
The accommodation is very clean and functional. It’s nice to meet people like María, a very positive person with whom I had the pleasure of spending a very enjoyable time.
The location and friendliness were good, but the bedding could be refreshed (sheets and pillows).
