The place and room were gorgeous, the staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing!

The location in the city centre was good. The room was very old and cold, so it really needs a good update.

Nothing positive. The heating thermostat was controlled by the owners, who turned it off at night, so we froze. It was noisy because it sits right next to the road. The front door was old and poorly insulated against noise and wind, and it also had gaps in the joinery that let in freezing air. The owners turned off the water heater to save money. The beds were awful, with short, heavy blankets that tried to keep you warm because they wanted to cut heating costs. Everything in this room was old and in need of replacement. This was the worst room we stayed in and one of the most expensive.
