CK Rooms sits in Rome’s vibrant city centre, just under 1 km from Porta Maggiore and an 8‑minute walk to Santa Maria Maggiore, with the Colosseum 1.5 km away. Rooms feature air‑conditioning, private bathrooms with bidets, tiled floors, TVs and wardrobes. Guests enjoy a paid shuttle, lift, daily housekeeping and multilingual staff. Nearby attractions include the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon.

They provided complimentary water, fruit, and sweets. The location isn’t bad—about 10/15 minutes on foot to Termini station, 20 minutes to the Colosseum, and 35 to the Trevi Fountain. The air‑conditioning is an extra charge, and setting it in the profile feels like a scam (5 €/day). The bathroom is extremely small, the shower water was scant and came out with so much pressure it hurt. There’s no fridge or kettle in the room, though a shared kitchen is available on the floor.

I really liked the location, being conveniently close to the train station and perfect for exploring the town centre and nearby sights. The bed was especially comfortable and made the stay very enjoyable.

The spot was great for walking or taking the subway, though the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at first glance, but that was just my initial impression. The AC had to be paid extra, and with summer temperatures topping 35 °C, it should be included or at least a fan option. The Wi‑Fi was sluggish and we often had to rely on mobile data.
