Ria’s B n B offers an adults‑only bed‑and‑breakfast experience in Pocklington, featuring rooms with private bathrooms, kitchens and garden views. Guests enjoy a sun terrace, garden, free Wi‑Fi, outdoor seating, picnic spots, bicycle storage and on‑site parking. A continental breakfast with fresh pastries and fruit receives high praise. The host was very welcoming and approachable, and the place was warm and comfortable, but storage was poor with a kettle balanced on a flimsy structure that could possibly be dangerous.

A lovely chat with our host Ria while we ate exactly what we ordered, but we couldn't stay longer; still, we’ll return.
