We spent two nights at this property, ideal for enjoying the facilities and hot springs with family. The complex is very large and consists of several areas: a high‑end section with bungalows and treatments, and a more classic hotel section. The hot springs are right in the heart of the complex, which is very convenient. We thought we’d have to travel to reach them, but everything is accessible on foot from the hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained. On our first night the air conditioning started leaking. We called reception and within fifteen minutes the issue was fixed, a responsiveness we appreciated a lot. Breakfast is served as a large buffet, varied and of good quality. The kids had a lot of fun in the pools and slides. It’s a pleasant place for a one‑ or two‑day family stay to enjoy the various facilities and hot water baths. Small tip: arrange your transport in advance. Grab rarely comes to the hotel; the easiest way is to ask the property to book a driver for you. The complex felt very sparsely populated during our stay, which sometimes gives the impression of a slightly empty place. That’s a shame because the facilities have a lot of potential. For example, the pool bar seemed designed to be a convivial spot with seating in the water, but it was not used at all: no drinks, no cocktails, no music or entertainment. Only a guard was present. The hotel restaurant also seemed quite pricey for the quality offered. We preferred to eat at a small cafeteria within walking distance, where the value for money was much better. Breakfast is served only until 9:30 am; on vacation we would have liked a longer service until 10 am, as in most hotels. We also tried the zip‑line and tree‑top walk offered on site. Even with the discount given to hotel guests, we found these activities did not offer good value for money. The tree‑top courses are somewhat repetitive and the zip‑line did not leave a strong impression. In the end, we recommend this property for a short getaway of one to two nights to enjoy the pools, slides, and hot springs with children. Beyond that, we think you can quickly see all the activities offered.

The room was super comfy, and the hot springs were an absolute highlight – I spent hours soaking in the different pools, gradually getting hotter until I was too hot to touch. My only complaint is that the room itself was a bit small, but it was spotless and had everything I needed.

This place is a serene oasis away from the hustle and bustle, and the spa is truly incredible – I felt like I was in a different world. If you plan on using the spa and onsen bath, it makes sense to book a bungalow that includes spa treatments, as it's more cost-effective. Just be aware that the more expensive rooms are worth it for the spa alone.

The hot springs were the real star of the show – I loved the different pools, each one gradually getting hotter until it was almost too hot to touch. Unfortunately, the resort's food options were pretty limited, and we had to eat there every meal. To make matters worse, there was a large group of school kids on a field trip, which was a bit odd.
