The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, rooms were spotless and beds comfortable, the food was great at very fair prices, and the location is wonderful, right at one of the entrances to Parco Nebrodi. The rooms, however, are unfortunately very noisy.

The staff were very kind and always ready to help with anything. The mountain location is far from the city.
