The atmosphere was excellent. Every detail was cared for, everything was warm and tasty. The food was truly good, each dish with the chef’s touch. We would definitely stay there again. The water pressure was a bit low, but it did its job.

The spot is right near the park entrance, just a few kilometers away. Patrick and his crew were top‑notch, super flexible with meal times so we could hit those early hikes and still catch the first and last ferry at Pudeto. When we got a flat tire, he was generous and helped get a spare and change it, letting us head back to Argentina on time for the next stop. The food was simple and a bit pricey for what we got. Thanks for saving our trip to Torres del Paine!

Location was fine. No breakfast. The weird part was that I had to wake up every couple of hours to shove more logs into the stove to keep the heat on.

The place was gorgeous and the cabins were super cozy. The kids loved playing with the dogs.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning in the main lodge was good, and the two dinners we had were also tasty. The location is great, right on the edge of the Rio Serrano village and a short drive to Torres del Paine. In the fall the cabins get chilly at night, so you gotta be ready to light the wood stove. They give plenty of firewood and a starter, and they can even start the fire for you if you want, but we managed on our own.
