“Dangerous”
Walking distance to Disney. The place looks nothing like the photos, is very old, and the plugs in the restroom didn’t work. Every outlet in the room was loose and things wouldn’t stay plugged in. There were hairs on almost all linens, the floor was dirty, and there was mold in the bathtub. I was willing to overlook all of this because of the low price and proximity to Disneyland. Then, the icing on the cake: they let my (very intoxicated) ex‑husband into my room even though he wasn’t on the reservation, didn’t ask for ID to confirm any relation, made a key for him, and manually unlocked the deadbolt for him when the key didn’t work—all without my permission. I called to complain afterward because I was physically assaulted by him in front of my child, and they simply did not care. Very dangerous practice. They told me I should have called them during the altercation. I checked out a day early because my child and I were clearly not safe here, yet I was still charged for all three nights.
