Breakfast was decent, but a wider spread would have helped—maybe a hot breakfast option with bacon, chicken, and sausage sometime.

We spent the weekend at Spark by Hilton in Houston and found the rooms cozy, spotless, and inviting, but the real highlight was Fahim’s outstanding service—he welcomed us warmly, was incredibly helpful, and ensured we felt cared for right from arrival. His friendly and charming personality only added to the experience. The overall stay was excellent, and we’re eager to return.

The location was very quiet and the bed was so comfortable that I slept soundly; the continental breakfast was acceptable, though I wished they offered bacon and eggs, yet they did provide decent bagels and toast. I’ll be back in Houston soon and will definitely book here again, though the breakfast could have been a touch better.

I didn’t think much of the breakfast, simply because it didn’t meet my expectations; I had to request sofa‑bed sheets and pillows from the manager and had to set up the sofa bed myself. When I discovered the bathroom lacked a shower mat, I asked the manager again, who replied that staff had left for the day and couldn’t help. How would you describe our stay? We traveled from Dallas to your Houston hotel and were overall disappointed. Please don’t ask me to leave a review. Please see answer above. To answer your question I will list: 1. No sofa‑bed sheets and pillows 2. Small selection of breakfast offering 3. No shower mat available.
