Really great hotel, good location, cool vibes, clean, great and friendly staff. Rooms are a bit small

Convenient location and helpful staff, but the room was small, offered no storage space, and had hardly any counter space.

The location was very good with several services nearby, but the staff treated us poorly, with a rude attitude and no helpfulness at all.

The modern, simple structure was welcoming, the rooms weren't too small, and the bathroom and amenities were excellent—we were really pleased. It was just a few steps from Ginza’s lively scene but in a quiet alley that let us rest well. The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything, from holding our luggage before check‑in to sending our bags to the next city.
