While the hotel had its strengths, the service at the dining room fell short of expectations. However, the room itself was pleasant and comfortable. The contrast between the nice room and poor service was notable.

The hotel's location and view were its strongest assets, but a disturbing wake-up call from the front desk marred the stay. The early morning interruption was particularly jarring, given the guest's late night arrival. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
