The staff showed great respect for both residents and their guests, but the television in my room was subpar.

I didn’t like the stay at all; the front‑desk employee was terribly unprofessional, cancelled my booking through Booking with no explanation.

The location is outstanding and close to all services, and I owe a special thank you to Mr Khaled at reception for his cooperation, but the room never received daily cleaning and the water on the seventh floor was weak.
