We really liked our stay, the place is very pretty. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Beds are super clean and comfortable. Nothing to complain about – everything was great.

The lodge is a bit outside the city in a very quiet setting. We spent one night there before our safari (just one). A small oasis and the perfect arrival spot. The staff are very warm and we felt very welcome. Service was excellent everywhere – reception, bar, and waiters all did great work. Our bungalow definitely exceeded our expectations, as did the tasty food. We can definitely recommend Olerai Lodge and will come back when we’re in Arusha. Nothing.

The staff were wonderful, uniquely kind and sincere. Hossana (hope that’s how it’s spelled) met every need and Joseph was very sweet with us :) The lodge is surrounded by nature with a pool and monkeys everywhere :) The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, especially the shower where the water temperature was hard to mix. The windows couldn’t stay open because the monkeys, as cute as they are, would enter the rooms and make a mess :D In my view, while there were many outdoor spots, there were no places inside the lodge to read or rest.
