The views were breathtakingly sensational
The staff, led by the lovely Caty, were truly exceptional

The food was amazing— the only good thing about the place. Everything else was filthy and dirty, nothing like the photos. It’s expensive for what it is overall. We booked an activity and they forgot it the next day.

The room was roomy, but the place was closed when we arrived and the location felt very remote; we had to shout for the door to open. They handed us a higher‑priced room because the one we booked lacked hot water and they never mentioned this on Booking.

Great location and access to the river and trails. Best shower I had after 4 months travelling! Yummy food. Food was a bit on the pricier side, and limited choice when you just want a simple snack. They should stock chips or cookies, or have baleadas available for smaller apetites. Facilities have seem better days but still clean and comfortable for the most part
