Rooms feature flat‑screen TVs, desks, coffee machines, seating areas, and many provide private terraces with city views. The hotel is a 5‑minute walk to the National Garden, 6 minutes to Monastiraki Square, and 600 m from the Acropolis.

The place was incredibly central, just 20 steps from clothing and shoe shops, 4 blocks from Monastiraki Square, about 5 blocks from Plaka, and close to a rooftop for night views of the Acropolis. My room on the top floor had a terrace, a solarium, a minibar (charged), and free coffee capsules. A small supermarket was right in front, and the Syntagma metro was only 4 blocks away. The hotel was super clean, the bed was wonderful, and the person who welcomed me was a sweetheart, speaking a bit of Spanish and good English. The only drawback was that reception isn't open 24 hours—just 9:00 to 17:00—but if you arrive later they still wait for you; I got there at 20:00 and they were still there, then they left, which made me a little uneasy when I went out and returned at night. Overall, the price/quality and location are excellent, and I fully recommend it. The lack of 24‑hour reception is the sole negative.

I was impressed by the location, and the noise level stayed within limits. The breakfast was simple yet tasty; I could have skipped the cake or toast because the yogurt, fruit, and muesli with coffee were more than enough. The soft‑boiled eggs, however, were a bit hard.

Titika is fabulous! The windows let in outside noise.

The location is amazing and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The street is under repair or construction, so there is morning noise. If you like sleeping in a bit later, this could be problematic.
