“un hermoso alojamiento en Azenhas del mar”

The property is wonderful, very well cared for and designed, with a beautiful view at breakfast. The breakfast food is first‑class. The room is very spacious, with two bathrooms, a very peaceful and comfortable stay, in a fantastic location in Azenhas del Mar. The customer service overall was lacking. Except for Jessie, who was friendly and professional, the other hotel and restaurant staff at the paddle courts had a reluctant attitude; they got frustrated at the second question. Maybe they should hire more professional staff or give them customer‑service training.

A beautiful resort with a pool and great accommodation options in the main house. The property offered several ways to exercise.

“Superou as nossas expectativas- a voltar”

The staff were friendly, the complex’s amenities (pool, paddle, arbor, game room) and breakfast were great. We were also surprised with a birthday cake when our son had his birthday during our stay.

“Room for improvement”

The pool area and garden were nicely presented, but our room sat in the main house right on a busy road. It was basic, with parquet flooring that was loose in places and a bed that was very plain; the sheets didn’t fit properly. Breakfast offered only a small selection.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir hatten 2 kleine Doppelzimmer, was wir aber im Vorfeld wussten. Tolle weitläufige Anlage. Sehr schöner Pool, leider war uns das Wetter nicht hold. Sehr kalter Wind. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Sehr vielfältig
