The staff were friendly, the hotel was nice with comfortable, clean rooms, but it sits on an industrial estate so the location and view aren’t great.

The front‑desk lady was very friendly.

The staff were pleasant, the hotel food was good, the restaurant prices were reasonable, and bringing a dog was hassle‑free with no issues during the stay.

The restaurant had artificial plants, dry grass, and candles that didn’t fit the minimalist and very elegant style.
