The spot was excellent, right on the beach and a short stroll from downtown; the room was clean, the staff were friendly, the self‑serve breakfast was decent, and parking was free. If you’re hunting a budget spot in Pismo, this is it. The room looked a bit dated and could use a makeover, but that’s probably why it’s cheaper.
