I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, but what impressed me most was the warm, kind and attentive service. My room was comfortable, pleasant and inviting, and the entire hotel has a truly magical atmosphere. There is something very special and peaceful about the place that made my stay feel even more enjoyable. A charming hotel with wonderful hospitality. I would happily stay here again

The location, view, design, and food were all great. Unfortunately, the AC wasn’t working, and rooms, the entrance, and some areas had a mouldy smell.

Staying at this Tibetan‑style hotel was very comfortable, the restaurant served tasty Tibetan dishes, and the staff were kind enough to arrange a taxi to the airport for us.
