“new hosts are often disappointing”
I didn’t like anything. The breakfast was disappointing—often just stale bread, and when I tried to eat early once, I was threatened with a booking cancellation, which confused me because the host had said from the start that I could have breakfast anytime. He was extremely lucky that I didn’t arrest him, claiming disturbing the peace is illegal, and he knocked on my door at 2 am to argue about my early breakfast! The floors were dirty, the sink had dirty dishes every day, and most of the time the doors weren’t locked, putting guests at risk of intruders. This is unacceptable and he should be banned permanently.
